What this app is
Still Point is a contemplative practice app organized around seventy original illustrated figures. It is not a fortune-telling service, not medical or psychological advice, and not a substitute for human counsel. The figures visit; they do not predict.
Use of the app
By using Still Point you agree to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or republish the figure imagery, the authored field-guide text, or any other content shipped with the app. The deck and its language are the work of JvBAtelierDesigns.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed by Apple. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase that does not renew. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from Settings → Subscription, which opens Apple's subscription management.
Privacy
Still Point holds no account system. There is no email, no password, no login. Your visits, reflections, and preferences live on your device and sync privately to your other Apple devices through iCloud. There is no Still Point server. No analytics, no third-party tracking. Still Point is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. The interpretations are reflective in nature and are not advice. The author is not liable for decisions made on the basis of any visit, reflection, or pattern observation surfaced by the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Still Point does not have an account system. There is no email, no password, no login.
Your visits, reflections, and preferences live on your device, synced privately to your other Apple devices through your iCloud account. Apple sees encrypted data only. Still Point never sees any of it — there is no Still Point server.
No analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs. The figures visit; the journal keeps; nothing leaves your devices.
