These terms govern your use of the 67: Say Less iOS application ("the app"), published by Quintilion LLC under the Solocosmo Studios brand ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. Purchases made through the App Store are additionally subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by the App Store terms.
The free tier includes ten (10) translations per calendar week (resetting Mondays), both translation directions, the Modern era, the full glossary, and up to five saved favorites. Free allowances may change in future versions.
67: Say Less is a humor-first phrasebook and entertainment app. Translations are curated, pre-written renderings selected by on-device rules; they are jokes and paraphrases, not literal or authoritative translations, and may not fit every situation. Use your judgment before sending anything, especially to a teenager.
The app declines to translate content that is hateful, harassing, sexual toward minors, or otherwise harmful, and will not produce cruel output. We make no guarantee that the filter catches everything. You agree not to use the app to harass, demean, or harm anyone.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its bundled content, and not to use the app in violation of any law or these terms.
The app, its design, and its bundled content (including the glossary, era packs, and phrase templates) are the property of Quintilion LLC and its licensors, and are protected by copyright. The 67 book is a separate work available from its retailer.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quintilion LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any social consequences of sending a chaotic translation to your child. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms apply for as long as you use the app. We may discontinue the app or these terms' availability at any time; deleting the app ends your license.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Quintilion LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
